    As many as 48 civilians managed to escape Syria’s eastern Aleppo, according to a police spokesperson.

    ALEPPO (Sputnik) – As many as 48 civilians have left Syria’s eastern Aleppo, a police spokesperson said Monday.

    "Forty eight people managed to escape from the east. We cannot disclose any details. We hope that it will be possible to pull out more people using the same system," the spokesperson told RIA Novosti.
