The explosion occurred near the Bab al Salam crossing, manned by the Free Syrian Army, near the city of Azaz, according to the Jerusalem Post.
According to Turkish news outlet Haber Turk, the terrorist group Daesh, also known as IS/ISIL, is believed to be behind the attack.
This incident comes one week after a suicide bomber blew himself up at a border crossing Atmeh. That blast killed at least 25 people.
