"Using the ceasefire and the close proximity to areas controlled by the so-called moderate opposition, the Nusra Front has regrouped, restocked its weapons and arms supplies an began carrying out attacks," the representative said.
Daesh has also been receiving fresh arms supplies, according to the spokesman.
"An armed convoy of trucks, carrying arms and weapons, was spotted to the northeast of Aleppo. The convoy was moving away from the Turkish border and freely passed through territories controlled by various armed groups and reached an area controlled by IS [Daesh] militants," he added.
Al-Nusra Front and Daesh are militant jihadist groups outlawed in many countries, including Russia. Both groups are not covered by the Syrian ceasefire agreement.
