MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Envoys from patriotic Syrian opposition proposed a series of practical steps to facilitate result-oriented intra-Syrian reconciliation talks at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Vienna on Monday, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"The sides had a thorough exchange of opinions on a wide range of issues related to the Syrian conflict settlement," the ministry said in a statement.
According to the statement, the representatives of the Syrian opposition suggested practical steps to facilitate the sustainable intra-Syrian dialogue aimed at outlining the model of future united and sovereign Syria.
