Terrorists Plotting Attacks in Moscow Detained by Russian Security Forces
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Hurriyet newspaper, Alekseev, a real estate agent in the Antalya province, came to Turkey with his family two years ago, after an investigation regarding his activity was launched in the Russian city of Tyumen following his conversion to Islam.

Alekseev was first detained for a short period before the G-20 summit in November 2015 in Antalya.

According to the media outlet, during the search, photographs of public buildings, including the G-20 venue, as well as passport photocopies and photos with violent scenes and armed people were found on Alekseev's computer. The investigators suspected the real estate agent of providing IS militants, arriving to Turkey from Syria, with accommodation, the publication reads.

Alekseev has denied having any ties with IS group, which is outlawed in Russia and in many other countries.

During the last hearing at Antalya’s 2nd High Criminal Court Alekseev was represented by his lawyer Nurali Citil.
