Number of Syrian Settlements Joining Ceasefire Reaches 85

The number of settlements that joined the reconciliation process in Syria increased to 85, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The number of settlements in Syria, which joined the ceasefire in the country has risen to 85, the Russian Defense Ministry said Sunday in a bulletin posted on its website.

"During the past 24 hours, the ceasefire agreements were signed with the representatives of two settlements in Aleppo province. The number of settlements that have joined the reconciliation process has increased to 85," the bulletin said.
