    Daesh Terrorists Shell Vicinity of Baghdad With 20 Rockets

    The Daesh groups shelled the vicinity of the Iraqi capital Baghdad with 20 rockets, the shelling didn’t result in any casualties among the civilians, according to local media.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Islamic State (ISIL or Daesh) group shelled on Saturday the vicinity of the Iraqi capital Baghdad with 20 rockets, local media reported.

    "ISIS terrorist gangs shelled al-Baghdadi vicinity with 20 rockets…The shelling didn’t result in any casualties among the civilians," Baghdad's Local Council Abdel Jabbar Obeidi told IraqiNews.com outlet on Saturday.

    The Daesh is a designated terrorist group that has captured large areas of land in Syria and Iraq, where it proclaimed a caliphate. The terror group is outlawed in Russia, the United States and in several other countries.
