According to a source in one of the Syrian opposition groups, unified opposition delegation at the intra-Syrian talks will be formed after the ongoing April round.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) A unified opposition delegation at the intra-Syrian talks will be formed after the ongoing April round, out of those who would agree to UN Special Envoy Staffan de Mistura's settlement proposals, a source in one of the Syrian opposition groups told Sputnik.

"I learned that after the current round of intra-Syrian talks and after forming [new] proposals on the settlement, de Mistura should see the reaction of the opposition to those proposals and form a unified delegation of opposition, of 15 members, out of those who would agree to the settlement proposals. This would be a unified opposition delegation for the next round of talks," the source said.

The source added that the unified delegation would include representatives of Kurds and the Syrian women, apart from members of all the opposition groups at Geneva talks.
