    The Turkish Air Force delivered airstrikes overnight against Kurdistan Workers’ Party positions in northern Iraq, Turkey’s Anadolu news agency reported Monday, citing sources in the General Staff.

    ANKARA (Sputnik) – The airstrikes were carried out at 1:00 GMT on Monday in the regions of Qandil and Gara.

    The Kurdistan Workers Party is banned in Turkey.
