"Moscow has already called to be very cautious when accusing someone of violating the truce, to comment extremely carefully. The situation is not yet stable. One can only renew such calls," Peskov told reporters.
The process of the truce in Syria has been launched, though it was never expected to be easy, Dmitry Peskov added.
"The heads of state, the presidents of Russia and the United States, from the very beginning emphasized that the path to a stable truce would not be easy and cannot be easy by definition because of the complex situation around Syria, but it is important at the same time that the agreement is reached and that now the main steps have been made in line with the agreements reached. The process has begun, and it was clearly said earlier that it wouldn’t be easy. But we know from the reports from our military that the truce is in force," Peskov told journalists.
