BEIRUT (Sputnik) — Syrian democratic forces have interrupted a Daesh supply route from the Iraqi city of Mosul to the southern parts of Syria's Al-Hasakah province, Al-Mayadeen television channel reported Thursday.
"The Democratic Forces of Syria [a new unit of the Syrian national militia] have cut an Islamic State supply route between Iraq's Mosul and the town of Shaddadi in the south of the Al-Hasakah province," Al-Mayadeen said citing its own source in militia.
