Syrian Army Takes Control of Osman Village in Country's South

According to media reports, Syrian Army has completely cleared the strategically important village of Osman in the southern province of Deraa of militants.

LATAKIA (Sputnik) – The Syrian Army has completely cleared the strategically important village of Osman in the southern province of Deraa of militants, Lebanon’s Al Manar television reported Friday.

“The Syrian Arab Republic has gained complete control over the village of Oman to the north of Deraa after a group of terrorists abandoned it, leaving their weapons and equipment,” the broadcaster said.
