"They have been given the opportunity to get acquainted with the routine and the lives of servicemen at the airbase, with the preparation of aircraft for sorties, as well as with the sorties to perform combat missions," Konashenkov told reporters.

According to him, the foreign media employees witnessed the loading of humanitarian aid cargo, intended for Syrian settlements besieged by militants.
Moscow has been carrying out a military campaign against the terrorist groups Daesh and the Nusra Front, which are outlawed in Russia and a number of other countries, since late September at the request of Syrian President Bashar Assad.
