DAMASCUS (Sputnik) — A bomb explosion in a bus with troops in Damascus left 10 people injured.
"The bomb exploded when the bus turned to the Mezzeh highway near the faculty of medicine of the state university," a witness told RIA Novosti.
Ten servicemen injured in the explosion have been sent to hospitals.
Traffic towards the city center has almost stopped, the military cordoned off the site.
