Russia Demolishes ISIL Targets, Slams Washington for Missing Their Mark
A mop-headed boy, aged 10 or so, addressed US President Obama on behalf of ISIL in its newest video production. He is shown wearing a black military-style uniform; the color is strongly associated with the so-called "Islamic State" (ISIL). He's also holding a rocket-propelled grenade launcher.

In his address, which is as emotional as ISIL video spots usually are, the boy points his index finger to the sky, a gesture, strongly associated with radical Islamists nowadays. He instructs President Obama to pay the jizjah, a religious tax, before being beheaded, and refers to Obama's head as "filthy".

The boy also called Obama the "dog of Rome," accusing him of representing the interests of the Vatican and warning that the American military wouldn’t succeed in their fight against ISIL.

Iranian FM Zarif Doubts US Coalition’s Resolve to Defeat ISIL in Syria
At the end of the video, a motorboat with a black banner is shown, which may refer to ISIL militants travelling across the Atlantic to perform the promised execution of the US President. Alternatively, this may allude to jihadists infiltrating the refugees who have travelled to Europe aboard such boats.

The US-led coalition of some 60 nations has conducted over 6,500 airstrikes in Iraq since August 2014, and in Syria since September 2014, albeit without the approval of the UN Security Council or the Syrian government.

On September 30, Russia started precision airstrikes on ISIL targets in Syria, following a request from Syrian President Bashar Assad. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 112 air strikes were performed in total through October 7th.

Russian warships also successfully launched 26 cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea on Wednesday, taking out additional ISIL targets.
