    African Christians Kidnapped by ISIL in Libya, Fate Unknown

    ISIL claims it kidnapped three African Christians posting pictures of their passports on social media.

    The Christians whose fate is currently unknown come from Nigeria, Egypt and Ghana, according to the jihadist group statement.

    They were kidnapped in Noufliyah, the ISIL stronghold in Eastern Libya, southeast of the seaport Sirte.
