The Syrian Army reported major gains in northern Daraa governorate amid a major offensive against the al-Nusra fighters in the region, Fars news said. The military freed the Mhajjeh village, Tal Antar and Kafr Shams, leaving dozens of militants killed.
The Syrian Army also destroyed two al-Nusra hideouts in the towns of Kafr Shams and Busra al-Sham. Additionally, the government forces targeted an arms and ammunition depot near the towns of Ibta and Tafas.
Heavy fighting was reported to the west of the Khirbet Ghazaleh town.
