Over 35 Dead Since Beginning of Coalition Airstrikes in Yemen – Ministry
On Monday a source in Yemen's Health Ministry told Sputnik that 37 people were killed and 150 injured after five days of airstrikes on Yemeni targets by the international coalition.

The Saudi-led coalition began air raids against Houthi positions in the Yemeni capital Sanaa and its suburbs on Wednesday, at the request of the country's ousted President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi.

The campaign, it is hoped, will roll back the Houthi military insurgency that flared up across Yemen after massive protests against the government in August 2014.

On Sunday, Yemeni Foreign Minister Riyad Yassin said that the Saudi-led coalition may launch a ground operation against the Houthis.
