Three Yemeni Shia militiamen were injured after an improvised bomb blew up outside of Yemen's republican palace in the country's capital, Sanaa, Reuters reports.
According to the agency, no group claimed responsibility, but al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula have previously clashed with the Houthi rebels. The explosion follows an incident earlier on Saturday, when the militiamen fired into the air to disperse a protest near Sanaa's main university.
On Friday, the Shia Houthi rebel movement declared the dissolution of parliament and installation of new assembly.
