MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Granma, the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party, Ramon Castro died on Tuesday morning. The media outlet did not specify the cause of death.
Ramon Castro was born on October 14, 1924. He participated in his younger brothers’ revolutionary activities, later devoting himself to agriculture, and held the title of Hero of Labor of the Republic of Cuba.
