MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia's lower house of parliament, the State Duma, adopted an address to the UN General Assembly on Friday on urging Washington to end its embargo against Cuba.
"The State Duma appeals to the General Assembly of the United Nations, the parliaments of United Nations member states, and international parliamentary organizations to urge the United States of America to end the economic, commercial and financial embargo against the Republic of Cuba," the address reads.
