    Ruben Espinosa, a photojournalist from Proceso, an influential Mexican opposition magazine, has been found dead.

    MEXICO CITY (Sputnik) – Ruben Espinosa, a photojournalist from Proceso, an influential Mexican opposition magazine, was found dead along with four other people in Mexico City, Proceso reported.

    “The photojournalist Ruben Espinosa was found dead along with four other people in a Narvarte department… Espinosa's body was identified this afternoon… He had two gunshot wounds,” Proceso said Saturday.

    According to Espinosa’s family, the photojournalist, who specialized in the coverage of social protests, disappeared on Friday.

    Article 19, an international human rights organization specializing in the defense of journalists’ rights, has already called upon Mexican authorities to find Espinosa's killers.
