A freight train rammed into a passenger bus in the Mexican city of Anahuac, located near the US border with Mexico, leaving at least 16 people dead and 30 injured. Two children were among those killed.
Authorities warn that the death toll could rise.

Approximately 60 people were on board the bus.
The incident took place at 17:00 local time (23:00 GMT).
