Notice that ISIS is selling 2.3 billion dollars of stolen oil annually, it all passes through Turkey, the Islamist Turk government takes there cut and routs the oil through it's pipe line network and through it's oil ports on the Mediterranean. Turkey and Qatar are fully vested in the ISIS cause, they were instrumental in it's creation, continual support and operation. Also keep in mind that the Turks never attack a single ISIS operating unit, when the Turkish air force fly's bombing missions it is to attack Kurdish positions ONLY.
