Russia's main Christmas tree has been placed inside the Kremlin walls. The tree, which is 30 meters tall and over 110 years old, was cut down in the Naro-Fominsk region outside Moscow on December 19.
Russia's main tree will be decorated simply: with large, medium and small Christmas balls in the colors of the Russian flag (red, white, and blue).
