London Mayor and Head of Brittany Council Debate Brexit Agreement

London and Brussels are still deadlocked over a deal despite the looming deadline, as the transition period expires on 31 December. However, earlier this week UK Cabinet Minister Michael Gove stated that an "agreement in principle" had been reached with the European Union.
