Massive crowds are expected to take to St. Peter's Square for Pope Francis’ traditional Christmas message, in addition to the plenary indulgence that he delivers to all those who come to listen.

On December 25 Pope Francis is delivering the traditional "Urbi et Orbi" blessing from the balcony of Saint Peter's Basilica, in the Vatican. The message denotes a papal address and apostolic blessing given to the city of Rome and to the entire world by the Roman pontiff on certain solemn occasions.
