The political editor of The Sun, Tom Newton-Dunn, says the UK government is now expecting six months of “chaos” at the borders after Brexit. Theresa May is expected to lose a vote on the Brexit deal on December 11.

Mr. Newton-Dunn tweeted on Friday, December 7, that he understood the government had revised its worst-case Brexit scenario and now expects there to be “chaos” at the borders for six months rather than six weeks.

He said the government was sending out the revised estimates to "stakeholders" on Friday.
