The mayor of Barcelona said that over 460 people had been injured during the Catalan referendum.

Over 460 people have been injured in Catalonia during the region's independence referendum, Barcelona Mayor Ada Colau said Sunday.

"Over 460 people injured in Catalonia already. As Mayor of BCN I demand an immediate end to police charges against the defenceless population," Colau wrote on Twitter.
