Barcelona's Ramblas Area Evacuated Over Suspicious Package (PHOTO)

Hundreds of people have been evacuated from Barcelona's central Ramblas area after a suspicious package was found in a bus.

Police investigated the case.

The development comes just days after a series of terrorist attacks in Catalonia.

On Thursday, a van mowed down a crowd of pedestrians in the central Ramblas area in Spain’s tourist resort of Barcelona. The infamous terrorist group Daesh has already claimed responsibility for the attack. Hours after the tragedy, another vehicle attack took place in the coastal town of Cambrils, south of Barcelona.
