The Catalan police chief has said they have detained two men on suspicion of involvement in Thursday’s van attack in Barcelona.

MADRID (Sputnik) — Josep Lluis Trapero added both men — a Moroccan and a Spaniard from the Melilla enclave in North Africa — had no previous criminal record.
