BERLIN (Sputnik) – At least one person was killed and three more were injured in a shooting that took place at a nightclub in the southern German city of Konstanz, German police and prosecutors said in a statement on Sunday.
"One person was killed and three more were wounded after a 34-year-old man opened fire on Sunday morning about 4:30 a.m. [02:30 GMT] at the nightclub in Konstanz located at the Max Stromeyer street," the statement said.
According to the statement, after leaving the club, the shooter engaged in a skirmish with police officers was wounded and later died in a hospital.
