VIENNA (Sputnik) — Two migrants, apparently hiding on a train that was transporting trucks from Italy, were found crushed to death at the Worgl station in western Austria, local media reported Saturday.
The third person was severely injured and delivered to a hospital in Innsbruck, the Austrian Press Agency said, citing police sources.
It is noted that the migrants were already unconscious at the time of the incident, because they had arrived at the station in a freight train during cold weather and strong wind. The employees of the station launched the elevating loader's engine 15 minutes before the procedure, however, the migrants did not run away, according to the media outlet.
Forensic scientists will check, however, the reliability of this version.
