A car exploded in the center of the Swedish city of Gothernurg amid gunshots leaving one person wounded, local media reported Sunday.

STOCKHOLM (Sputnik) — The police have roped off the area in the center of the city where the blast occurred earlier today, according to the Goteborgs Posten newspaper.

The victim of the blast reportedly went to the hospital.
