MOSCOW (Sputnik) — There are no talks on a practical level of deploying the armed international mission in eastern Ukraine, Russian State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigoriy Karasin said Thursday.
"Currently, the deployment of an international armed mission in the Donbass is not considered in practical terms," Karasin told RIA Novosti in an interview.
He further maintained that the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) have neither the expertise, nor the resources to deploy this mission in the conflict-torn region.
