Strangers in Their Homeland: Germans Leaving Germany En Masse Due to Migrants

Over a million migrants arrived in Germany from the Middle East and North Africa in 2015, and stats from the German statistical service Destatis have confirmed that 138,000 German citizens left the country in search of greener pastures in the same period. Anecdotal evidence suggests many are simply fed up with the government's immigration policy.

According to calculations by Die Welt, over 1.5 million Germans, many of them well-educated specialists, have left the country over the last decade, with the outflow accelerating with the refugee crisis facilitated by Chancellor Angela Merkel's open door immigration policy.

Meanwhile, experts have indicated that many of the country's new residents do not have any education to speak of, and that many migrants are not eager to be integrated into German society or the economy, with social conditions making them prone to crime.

The German government has begun a campaign to force some of the newcomers to leave, drafting legislation which would force those who are not eligible for asylum status to exit. But authorities' efforts to curb immigration are facing only partial success. In August, German Migration Service head Frank-Juergen Weise told local media that another 300,000 migrants were likely to arrive in the country before the year is out.

Chancellor Merkel's approval ratings have dropped to historic lows in connection with the migrant crisis, which has also led to fissures within her own Christian Democratic Union/Bavarian Christian Social Union political alliance. Last week, CSU leader Horst Seehofer warned that he might not invite Merkel to the CSU's party meeting next month, citing disagreements with the chancellor regarding immigration policy.

Russian observers have said that events appear to be degenerating into an unfortunate situation where "Germans are being turned into strangers in their own country, with no improvement to the situation anywhere in sight…The sad irony is that disenchanted Germans are being forced to leave the country because Merkel does not want to leave office. Immigrants from Germany feel a sense of hopelessness, seeing how the government destroys its own country and its history with its suicidal immigration policy."

Analysts have also warned that the rapid influx of refugees from Muslim countries is posing new demographic challenges and other problems. According to the US-based Gatestone Institute, "mass migration has – among many other problems –contributed to a growing sense of insecurity in Germany, which is facing a spike in migrant crime, including an epidemic of rapes and sexual assaults. Mass migration is also accelerating the Islamization of Germans. Many Germans appear to be losing hope about the future direction of their country."

Meanwhile, the country's new residents have fortified their positions. Last week, it was reported that thousands of migrants have taken the Federal Migration Office to court for granting them a qualified asylum, rather than full refugee status.

Earlier this month, an 18-year-old Syrian refugee caused widespread social discussion after writing an op-ed in a major German weekly, calling on those who don't agree with the government's refugee policy to get out of the country. "We refugees are fed up over the angry citizens (Wutburger)," he wrote. "We refugees…do not want to live in the same country with you. You can, and I think you should, leave Germany. And please take Saxony and Alternative for Germany [AfD] with you."

Over the past two years, supporters of Chancellor Merkel's immigration policy have defended it by saying that it was necessary, above all, to give refugees a 'sense of hope.' Now, with frustrated Germans fed up with the migrant crisis leaving the country en masse, the question that naturally arises is: which political forces inside the country will campaign on returning hope to German citizens?

espenskrdal, Those globalist bilderbergers who believe in the fake multicultural paradigm, where all cultures are equal.

Wrong! First of all they are JEWs, and they don't believe in equality. They understand it doesn't work, but i serves their purpose of destroying the white cultures. That's all there is to it.

So if that many are leaving the country where are they going exactly? They do not have the same privlidge as these refugees that can just move to any country they want to. So how can they just up and move?

jas, yes and it's being driven in the background, as always, by the same migrant group controlling everything and it is designed in part to keep the spotlight off them but also to topple the western bloc and destroy christianity.

I'm one of the emigrants. I don't want to be in my home country when the war starts.

what has happened to Europeans, have they gone mad. Beautiful Europe destroyed by senseless immigration policy.
Even Asian countries will not accept so many refugees as it is clear that country can not handle them and moreover you can not drive them out later.
This is a price that you have to pay for blindly following USA policies. Are you people afraid of USA or what, you just dance as per their tunes. It seems even Europe has been fooled and trapped by the USA for their benefit. You think these Africans will ever leave Europe? This is the seed for terrorism and it is only going to get worse for Europe.
Your self cultivated fear of a Russian invasion has made you mindless and in that fear you are just following USA instructions.

mzungu in Africa, I understand, but with nowdays technology most mobile phones get a message that you can "better leave your country befor the worst comes". That is a new War Game.

I tell you something. If i where in your country i would fight to the last breath. But many are programmed to come to the European continent just to get bennefits and not being connected to theyre home country. This is a strategy that is verry old.
Maby you should consider to go back to your country and not leave your ppl alone and be a real fighter.
I live in a country where i was born. And i will defend it till i die.

For me, it' sad to see the sub-Saharan Africans as unwanted immigrants, at least in a measured way, notably when they are Christians. For all the markedly-different colour of their skin and distinctive physiognomies, our shared religious culture makes them very like us in their thinking ; if with a higher emotional intelligence than us.

Unfortunately, all we human beings are, at bottom, tribal, so we don't need much to persuade us that foreign-looking immigrants are unwelcome ; and thanks to the infinite greed of our own dear elites, competition for jobs, particularly lower-paid ones is very much likely to persuade us that they are distinctly 'surplus to requirements' as immigrants and fellow nationals.

But as I say, a great shame, the more so , since the tribal colour-prejudice still obtained as far back as the fifties and sixties, when the West Indians were invited to immigrate to the UK, not from fraternal love, but to do jobs others were less inclined to go for - and they were more Christian than us. They well named us, 'Babylon', though we, in the UK, have sunk a lot deeper in the mire since then, thanks to Baroness Lady Cardboard, aka Thatcher.

Clearly, particularly since we caused their loss of home and livelihood, we ought to share the burden as fairly as possible, but It was certainly unrealistic to allow unlimited entry of immigrants to Germany. In the UK, some people are raising Cain because of Poles and other former Eastern Bloc Europeans reducing the job market. That too is exacerbated by the fact that they have a genuine work ethic, never generalised in this country with its hideously- predatory, right-wing political class. Who wouldn't want to employ them ?

But where are these Germans really going? There aren't any countries in Europe that aren't full of Muslims. Leaves only Russia and Brazil and a few other Latin American countries. The US is also full of Muslims.

There like to change the LAWS in Germany and Europe !!!! and the more as stupid Leaders do it step by step !!!!! it is a crime !!!!!

The Kalgeri plan for the EU is going according to plan, and it's a disgrace that the political class are watching their countries being destroyed, and are doing nothing to prevent it. In fact they're encouraging it.
