BERLIN (Sputnik) — German Chancellor Angela Merkel is ready to meet Russian, French and Ukrainian leaders on the subject of settling the conflict in eastern Ukraine, but the date is still yet to be finalized, the German government spokesman said Monday.
"The chancellor is still ready for this meeting if there is a chance for success," Steffen Seibert told reporters. "The negotiations are continuing."
