    Slovenian FM to Discuss Brexit With Russia’s Lavrov on Wednesday - UN Envoy

    Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec will meet with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday to discuss Brexit and bilateral economic issues, Ambassador of Slovenia to the United Nations Andrej Logar told Sputnik on Tuesday.

    UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) — Logar added that the ministers would discuss "Brexit and bilateral relations, especially the economic relations between Slovenia and the Russian Federation."

    "The meeting is to be held tomorrow. Primarily it’s bilateral relations and relations between the European Union and the Russian Federation," the ambassador said on the sideline of the UN Security Council in New York.

    The ambassador also said that Slovenia will seek Russia’s support for its candidate for the UN secretary-general during his meeting with Lavrov.
