BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — Neither European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker nor European Council President Donald Tusk have plans for bilateral meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the Group of 20 (G20) summit at the moment, a EU source told reporters Tuesday.
"As far as I know, our leaders plan no bilateral meetings with President Putin so far at least, but the week has just begun. Let us see what will happen in the coming days, but it is not planned for the moment," the source said.
The 2016 G20 summit of the world’s 20 biggest economies will be held in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou on September 4-5.
