PARIS (Sputnik) – French Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron resigned Tuesday, Finance Minister Michel Sapin will head both ministries, the Elysee Palace said.
According to the palace’s statement, Macron is resigning to "fully devote himself to his political movement."
