Two Killed in Northwest Turkey Training Aircraft Crash
Two people have been killed in a training aircraft crash in the northwestern Turkish province of Tekirdag, the Turkish Hurriyet newspaper reported Wednesday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The aircraft reportedly crashed in the vicinity of the Ahimehmet village after taking off from Corlu airport.
“One of the victims is a trainer pilot, the second is his student, according to our information,” a local district governor said as quoted by the Hurriyet newspaper.
