German Foreign Minister said that Minsk agreements must remain in the center of East Ukraine settlement efforts regardless of the recent "escalation" of the situation surrounding Crimea.

YEKATERINBURG (Sputnik) Minsk agreements must remain in the center of East Ukraine settlement efforts regardless of the recent "escalation" of the situation surrounding Crimea, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Monday.
