Another hostage was freed from a Yerevan police building, the Armenian National Security Service said Monday.

Armed Group Holding 5 Hostages in Yerevan Police Headquarters
YEREVAN (Sputnik) – Earlier in the day, Armenia's deputy police chief, Unan Pogosyan, said that an armed group has been holding five people hostage in a police building in the capital city of Yerevan since Sunday.

"As a result of comprehensive measures carried out by law enforcement authorities, including negotiations, another hostage was freed from the seized territory," the service said in a statement.
