MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The ministers, who conducted negotiations in Moscow for over six hours in the mansion of the Russian Foreign Ministry, arrived to the French embassy before the final press conference, signed the book of condolence and laid flowers at the walls of the embassy.
On Thursday, a truck rammed into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in Nice, murdering 84 and injuring dozens.
According to identification documents found inside the truck, the driver was a 31-year-old of Tunisian origin who lived in Nice.
No group has claimed the responsibility for the terrorist attack in Nice.
