"Further to the call for strike action issued by several airline pilot unions, for the period from June 11 to 14, our flight schedule operated by Air France is disrupted as of Saturday, June 11, 2016. Please note that Air France flights operated by an aircraft of other airlines, including HOP, KLM and Delta, are not affected by this strike," the statement said.
According to the statement, on Saturday, the AF will operate 96 percent of its long-haul flights, 91 percent of domestic flights and 73 percent of medium-haul flight to and from Paris, while flight programs for June 12-14 are expected to be updated in the near future.
France has been mired in a series of protests in reaction to the much-discussed labor bill, which disrupted work at the country's nuclear power plants, refineries, fuel depots, train services and ports.
