MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Two explosions hit Brussels's Zaventem airport on Tuesday at around 8:00 a.m. local time (07:00 GMT). According to various reports, the explosion killed eleven people, and injured several dozens.
"We will consider this information [about the explosions in the Brussels's airport] and will seriously assess the situation in the Russian airports in terms of transport security," he told reporters.
Shortly after the airport blasts, explosions were also reported at the Maalbeek and Schuman metro stations in the Brussels city center.
