Explosives Used in Brussels Linked to Paris Attacks, Experienced Bomb-Maker
PARIS (Sputnik) – Earlier on Tuesday, at least 34 people were killed and some 230 injured in two bomb blasts in the Brussels Zaventem airport and an explosion at the Maalbeek metro station in central Brussels. The assault came just days after Salah Abdeslam, the prime suspect in the Paris attacks, was captured in Belgium.

"Presently we have no information on the possible links between the arrest of Salah Abdeslam and today’s events," Reynders said on the France 2 television channel.

The Islamic State (Daesh) jihadist group, which is outlawed in many countries, including Russia, has claimed responsibility for the attacks in the Belgian capital.

On November 13, a series of terrorist attacks were staged across Paris, leading to the death of 130 people and injuring over 350 others. Daesh claimed responsibility for the attacks.
