BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – The European Commission has allotted Greece 12.7 million euros to solve the migrant crisis, EC spokesman Margaritis Shinas said Monday.
Shinas said the funds would be used for refugees, migration and integration.
Europe is currently struggling to cope with a massive refugee influx, with millions of refugees fleeing conflict-torn countries of the Middle East and North Africa in search of asylum in stable and wealthy EU states.
