Czech President Says Impossible to Integrate Muslim Communities Into Europe
PRAGUE (Sputnik) – The Czech government in its Monday session approved measures to strengthen the controls of the European Union borders and coasts, proposed by the European Commission in December, the state secretary for European affairs at the Czech Prime Minister's Office said.

In December 2015, the European Commission proposed establishing a European Border and Coast Guard to strengthen EU external border control, aimed at preventing the uncontrolled flow of migrants into the bloc.

"The basis for the package of measures, proposed by the European Commission, is the creation of the European border and coast guard," Tomas Prouza told reporters.

According to the secretary, the Czech government has long called for these measures and will insist that the European Commission adopt them as soon as possible.
