MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Berliner Morgenpost, 18 Pegida supporters listed in Beck's compliant have called via Facebook for violence toward him, including death threats.
Pegida, an acronym for Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West, began organizing rallies in its home city of Dresden in October 2014, attracting hundreds and later thousands of supporters.
The Pegida group calls for strict immigration rules in Germany.
